Rhonda grew up in St. Louis and is a proud graduate of University City High School. After high school, she attended Alabama A&M University, graduating with a dual degree in English and Business. Rhonda completed her graduate studies at the University of Missouri – St. Louis, receiving her Masters degree in Counseling.
Throughout her career in diverse industries, Rhonda has had the opportunity to develop and leverage her skills in marketing, sales, strategy, and public speaking. She has successfully led organizations through significant periods of growth and transition by assessing and diagnosing organizational needs, driving change, building high performing teams and leadership capability to execute the business strategy.
As Business Development Director, Rhonda is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships, and building mutually beneficial strategic partnerships for Matchbox Design Group.

“I enjoy working out, going on a long walk, reading a good book, and binging on true crime tv.“

“My sense of humor keeps me sane. I was the headliner for a stand up comedy show.”

“It’s hard to pick. I love the islands and a beautiful beach, but always have a blast when I visit New York.”

“I did an honors internship with the FBI and went through the training at the FBI Academy in Quantico.”
