A good audit doesn’t happen overnight. Our process typically takes about a month from start to finish, though that can vary depending on the size and complexity of your website. Some audits wrap up sooner, others take a bit longer. Either way, every step is designed to make sure the findings we deliver are accurate, meaningful, and ready to put to work.

How much does the audit cost?

We price our audits based on the size and complexity of your site, so it’s not a one-size-fits-all number. Once you submit the form and we have a chance to learn a bit more about your site and goals, we’ll put together a proposal that reflects the scope of work. What we can tell you is that every audit includes a discovery call with our team so you’re not just getting a PDF dropped in your inbox.

Do I have to commit to ongoing SEO services after the audit?

Not at all. The audit stands completely on its own and there’s no obligation to continue working with us afterward. That said, a lot of our ongoing SEO clients started with an audit. Once you see what the opportunities are, it’s natural to want help going after them. But that’s entirely your call and there’s no pressure from our end.

Will you audit my entire site or just certain pages?

It depends on the size of your site and what you’re trying to accomplish. For most small to mid-sized sites we’re able to do a comprehensive review across the whole thing. For larger sites we’ll typically focus on your highest-priority sections, like your main service or product pages, your top traffic drivers, and any areas where you’re seeing the biggest drop-off. We’ll talk through that scope during our discovery call so we’re aligned before we start.

What do I need to provide to get started?

Not much on your end. Access to your Google Analytics and Google Search Console accounts is the most helpful thing you can give us. It lets us see how your site is actually performing rather than working from assumptions. If you don’t have those set up yet, don’t worry, we can talk through that too. Beyond that, just come ready to tell us a bit about your business and what success looks like for you.

Do you walk me through the results or just send a report?

We always walk you through the findings over a video call. We’ve found that a written report on its own, no matter how thorough, leaves too many questions unanswered. We’d rather sit down with you, explain what we found, and make sure you leave that conversation knowing exactly what the priorities are and why. You’ll have the report to reference afterward, but the conversation is where the real value is.
