Where did you grow up?
What do you do at Matchbox Design Group?
“My official title is CEO/Director of Development, but I do a bit of everything. The key areas I’m in are UI/UX strategy, SEO, and development mixed with project management.”
What do you like most about working here?
“The cool people we meet and projects we get to work on. One day we may be doing something for healthcare and the next may be a fashion website or an architectural site.”
What did you do before working at Matchbox Design Group?
“I was in the architectural industry as a CAD Manager. Routinely brought into setup company standards and streamline the drafting process for large projects and prototypes. I also did a lot of architectural animation, which was fun because I could bring buildings to life to show the client. It was also one of the first services that we provided at Matchbox.”
What do you do in your spare time?
“I collect Field Notes and custom-machined ink pens and fountain pens. I also enjoy making things that aren’t digital. Whether it’s leatherwork, sewing custom handkerchiefs, or woodworking, I’m constantly on the hunt for ways to be creative.”
