We’re looking to add a new member to our growing team to expand our digital design capabilities.

The Details

Matchbox Design Group is looking for a senior web designer with 4+ years of experience that will be responsible for creating and honing processes, designing new websites, web applications, and web graphics. You must be an effective communicator, creative, very detail-oriented, and organized.

Things You’ll Do:

  • Lead projects from a design perspective
  • Create wireframes and website designs
  • Help develop and improve processes
  • Design user interfaces for applications
  • Develop a strategy for user experience
  • Interface with the Development and Digital Strategy teams
  • Create infographics, images digital ads for primarily web use
  • Provide strategic advice and direction
  • Perform design research

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 4+ years of agency-based web design experience
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
  • Knowledge of web design and development process
  • Knowledge of the WordPress platform
  • Basic knowledge of SEO preferred
  • Candidates with experience in a creative firm will be given priority

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
